Tzedi Briggs, the company’s founder and namesake, began her real estate career in 2018. Her business quickly grew, & she obtained her Broker's License in 2022. She has enjoyed helping many families buy and sell throughout her career! She took the leap to open her own brokerage in 2023. Her goal is to foster a space of learning and growth, both with agents and her clients.

Tzedi comes from a large family of seven siblings! Growing up it was always an organized chaos, which she has learned to thrive in. She attended the University of South Carolina from 2009-2013 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts. In 2009, she opened her own photography business, Tzedibear Photography. This was the first of her entrepreneurial endeavors.

After graduating, Tzedi worked in a few different jobs while she ran her business, and in 2018 she got her real estate license. Since then, she has continued her education by getting her broker's license and by completing mortgage school. Tzedi has also started another business with her preferred lender where they teach loan originators personal branding, how to be of more value to agents, and how to market to the general public.

In her down time, Tzedi loves to spend time with her husband, two stepsons, and her three dogs. She is also an escape room fanatic, loves karaoke, and is always up for a game night
