Erin was born and raised in Lexington County and currently resides in Lexington with her husband, daughter and son.

She completed her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in 2005. During that time, she was a student athlete as a University of South Carolina Cheerleader.

Erin White was a litigation paralegal, working exclusively in the field of mortgage Section 362 defense and mortgage modification for over ten (10) years. She has been a presenter for the NBI, South Carolina Bar, and assisted in printed material for the SC Bar.  She's been actively involved in over 400 mortgage modification cases. As the first paralegal in the State of South Carolina to have a confirmed case for a mortgage modification under Treasury Directive 10-02, and the first to utilize the DMM Portal.

While a senior at USC, Erin became an NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers.  She continued to work and provide counties civic appearances across North & South Carolina and on national television. She also accepted the Head Cheerleading Coach position at A.C. Flora High School following her years with the Panthers. This past season, Erin was a field assistant for the NFL Carolina Panther Cheerleaders.
